bongo player and career Con Ed employee, Carl
"Oscar" Foster died of a heart attack,
on November 27, 2000, at the age of 52.
The
photo shows Oscar at my former house in Southampton,
New York. He had come out for the day with his
buddy and fellow Con Ed employee Eddie
Montalvo.
